Club Subscriptions

The Club subscription is £25 per year.

At our monthly sessions we register and pay £3 entrance fee and a raffle ticket strip is always available at £1. The Chairman (Mike Allen), normally welcomes us and introduces our demonstrator and deals with any outstanding business. The evening is usually divided into two halves, with a coffee/tea break around 8:30pm, where there is an opportunity to talk to our guest, buy wood you need, or just chat generally. There is a well stocked club shop for your abrasives and finishing materials. The Club has a free lending library for members, which includes videos and DVDs. There is a tool bank where members may borrow some unusual and expensive tools at a small fee, in order to try them out before contemplating a purchase. At around 9:50pm the evening is brought to a close with the Chairman announcing the winners of the competition, and a draw takes place for the raffle.

New members and visitors are welcome. If you are interested in woodturning, whatever your experience, the Kennet Valley Woodturners will make you most welcome.
